day 0 — deposit clears
$950 (50% of the $1,900 bundle, or $750 / 50% of $1,500 standalone). i begin.
days 1–2 — voice DNA + thesis
i extract patterns from the writing or audio you send. we agree on the through-line.
days 3–4 — system build
extraction system tuned, brand visual templates built.
days 5–6 — sample pieces
two to three finished pieces produced from your existing material. you review.
day 7 — handoff
30-min walkthrough call. documentation delivered. final invoice. you're running.
after day 7, you're inside the community for 90 days.

the discovery call exists exactly for this. if either of us thinks it's not a fit, we don't move forward. half-fits don't ship anything good.
yes. Claude Pro ($20/mo) if we go web mode. Claude Pro or Max if we go CLI mode. that's the agent the system runs on. you cover it directly.
we pick on the call based on your comfort and what you want it to do. default for non-technical clients: web mode (you just paste material into a Claude project; the system runs there). default for clients who want automation: CLI mode.
the build is one week. if you need more time on YOUR end (sending material, reviewing samples), we add days as needed. but the active build work is one week.
50% deposit is non-refundable once i start work. final 50% is contingent on delivery — if the system isn't built or the samples aren't produced, you don't pay it. if it's built and you change your mind, refund isn't available — but the community is yours for the full 90 days.
the 90-day community covers ongoing questions in the async channel. for major changes or new platforms, separate scope.
